Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and analytical individual who can manage Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and handle our social media platforms.
You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and driving traffic to our website and landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Set up and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Manage daily budgets, analyze ad performance, and optimize ROI.
- Handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X Twitter, Quora, YouTube).
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva / other tools.
- Track daily analytics and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Research competitors and trending hashtags to grow engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead nurturing campaigns.
- Work on SEO, blog content ideas, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Suggest and implement creative growth strategies.
Qualification
- Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Certification in Meta or Google Ads
- Graduate and Above
- SEO Knowledge
- SEM / Analytics
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Social Media Trends Familiar
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard.
- Basic knowledge of SEO / SEM / Analytics.
- Ability to create and edit content using Canva / CapCut / similar tools.
- Familiar with social media trends and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read campaign data.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
